"Relaxation Day" August 15th

Today, August 15, is “relaxation day” so, go and do some of the thing that we present you.


Casual: Sleep 30 more minutes in the morning.

Committed: Do yoga in your house.


Hard-core: Go to a relaxing spa and then do a yoga-party with your friends.
