"More Herbs, Less Salt Day" August 29th

Healthy day ahead!
Today is "more herbs, less salt day", a great opportunity for you to try your cooking skills in a healthy way.

Casual: Today, don’t season your meal with salt, better use another condiment.

Committed: Choose a condiment (not salt) of your preference and use it the hole month along with you family.


Hard-core: Invite your friends to a weekly dinner or meal in where you’ll cook for them but using more herbs and less salt!
