Market Day August 11


Macaroni Monday Mix presents:

Raspberry Pops Yield:
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup raspberry juice drink (such as Welch's)
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup (or creme de cassis)

Preparation


Combine the raspberries, the juice drink, and the corn syrup in a blender and process until smooth. Add 1 or 2 raspberries to the pop molds or 3-ounce paper cups. Fold an additional cup of raspberries into the blended mixture and spoon into the molds or cups. Cover and freeze until firm.


So, today's recipe was quite short but I'm pretty sure it's very refreshing for this summer. Enjoy!
